New Holland Reviews / 2002 New Holland TC30 Tractor
Review by mrwurm from Almont, Michigan
Posted 07/29/2002

My TC30 has hyrostatic drive, turf tires, 7308 loader, and 4x4. After 23 hours of use this machine has performed flawlessly. It always starts and runs great. The hydro drive is smooth and easy to operate. This machine was a great value for the money. The power steering pump only puts out 3.5 gpm so it's a bit slow to respond with a heavy load in the bucket, but it suits me fine for my occasional needs. I really love the fact that the oil filter is mounted vertically with nothing under it. You can spin off the filter and drop it down without spilling a drop. I considered the NH TC33D, but am perfectly happy with the TC30V. (V is for value)

Date Purchased: 5/2002
Purchased: New
Price Paid: US$15100
Pros:
Value priced, only 'economy' tractor available with a hydro, only 'economy' tractor with an open operator station.
Cons: Loader not as strong as Deere or Kubota
Rating:
