Posted 08/01/2002 I purchased this tractor equipped with R4s, brush guard, 16LA Loader/72"HD Bucket, 758C Backhoe/Subframe/18"Bucket, and a Bush Hog 70-06 Rear Blade for the price quoted. The tractor has performed flawlessly it's first 50 hours.
The HST provides smooth power to all 4 wheels and after getting used to it, I am positively sure that it was a wise choice.
The 16LA loader has more than enough lift capacity while removing and attaching it is a quick and simple task. I've not been able to lift anything that I could get the bucket under. The joystick is where it should be, and the dual range power button, Perfect.
As for the 758C, absolutely the best backhoe for Class III Boomers. The subframe fits this tractor like a glove while the backhoe itself will drag the tractor around if you are not careful. Removing it takes only a few minutes, removing 2 pins after positioning the stabalizers and boom correctly. In fact, completely stripping the tractor of the loader and backhoe only takes 15 to 20 minutes .
Nice machine all around. The only problems I've incountered are the usual loose bolts and fittings that you find on anything new.
