This tractor was actually purchased in May 2003. The Grand L 30 series which is new this year has several advantages compared to the old 10 series. First of all is the increased hydraulic power of the front end loader. The cab model also is offered on a smaller horsepower tractor, the L3430 model as opposed to the L3710 model. There are also some upgrades, a more comfortable seat, better instrument panel. The cab model is a well designed enclosure with excellent heating and AC capabilities. Both heating and air conditioning achieve the desired temperature quickly and maintain a comfortable environment. Visibility is excellent all around the tractor. Power range, throttle, cruise control and PTO levers are all within easy reach. The 4 wheel drive lever is easy to engage but only after decreasing the throttle. The seat has multiple adjustments and there is a tilt steering wheel. Drivers of different sizes and weights should easily find a comfortable seat postion. There are numerous safety lock features to avoid tractor accidents. Air filters and screens are easy to clean and change. Overall an excellent tractor.

Pros: Excellent Hydraulic Power especially when using front end loader. Climate controlled cab is well designed and quiet. HST is excellent for loader work.
Cons: Radio/CD player in cab is hard to hear when throttle is turned up. The tractor bogs down in high gear when going up minimal slope.
