I am most likely the happiest Kubota owner on this web site. This is my 3rd tractor I owned and is by far the best (last was Yanmar 2200 w/fel and my first was a Ford 8n). The original owner (only one prior to me) did an excellent job of keeping this tractor in perfect condition and only had 246 hours on it. I have probably logged 10 hours thus far and this tractor is a real delight to operate. It came with a Kubota 60" mmm that can cut thick grass easily. I was shocked to find out the replacement cost of the blades for this mmm, where cheaper than the blades for my 42" craftsman riding mower (New blades were only $9 each at the local Kubota dealer). The operating area is quite roomy with the flat footing deck and all of the controls are ideally located. It is fairly easy to pin up the mmm so a rear rotary mower can be used. It was however somewhat difficult to remove the mmm but I do not see a big need for doing that when I am just mowing pastures (I can not imagine there is any brand of tractor that has an easy to remove mmm). This tractor has plenty of mowing power for its size and it runs extremely smooth compared to the 2 previous tractors I had. The best thing I have found out about this tractor is, my wife is willing to use it (she would not use either of the previous tractors I owned so I ended up doing all of the mowing).
