Posted 12/08/2005I have 73 hours on the 7254 and have used it for skidding logs, and upgrading an old loggin trail into a useable road, 350ft digging down with the fel about 10 inches and then having the truck spread 4 to 6 inches of gravel and i use the cadet to level it and compact it. Its been a great tractor with some problems, loose bolts most recently, found them on the trailer after hauling. Used lock tite and hopefully no more problems. The thing will not start in cold weather. Im having a heater put on for the hydrolic oil $130 hope that helps. At 55 hours the digital panel and lights burnt out. Thank god its warranteed, $800 dollars for the new dash and $250 to install. I have industrial tires that I want to have filled to help with traction and will probably get chains. Have thought about getting a hoe for it but with the problems ive had im now looking to trade up to a Kubota. I suppose ill take a bath as the resale is not so good. Buyer beware
