Kioti’s 5-Paw Dealership Recognition Program

KIOTI Tractor, a division of Daedong Industrial Co., Ltd, is pleased to announce their 2010 5-PAW Certified Dealers. This is the third year that KIOTI’s 5-PAW Dealer Excellence Certification Program has been in place. Qualifying dealers were recognized for this achievement at an awards banquet on the last evening of KIOTI’s annual dealer meeting in Raleigh on February 23rd. The 5-PAW program features five evaluation areas: Sales, Service, Parts, Marketing and Organizational Standards. As the program continues from year-to-year, the criteria in each of these categories are raised to ensure that KIOTI dealerships continually strive to better themselves in order to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.

46 dealers have earned their 5-PAW Certification for the 2010 calendar year. 12 of these dealers have earned this certification for the second time, with 10 dealers earning it for the third consecutive year since the program’s launch.

KIOTI’s 5-PAW Dealer Excellence Program was initiated in 2008 to recognize KIOTI dealerships that promote professionalism, have a high level of customer satisfaction and provide superior service on an ongoing basis. “Each of the dealers issued a 5-PAW Certification is exceptionally valuable to KIOTI and is an essential part of our past and future successes,” states Michael Boucher, Senior Director of Sales and Operations for KIOTI Tractor in North America. “We are extremely pleased to have seen a 50% growth rate in the number of dealers earning this certification in 2010. This substantial growth shows us that our dealers value this certification and are dedicated to helping us continue KIOTI’s growth in North America.”

To help promote these dealers in their local marketplace, KIOTI will be advertising their accomplishment in national and regional trade publications, on KIOTI’s website, through public relations and at their dealership with signs, banners and plaques provided by KIOTI for display around the 5-Paw Dealer’s showroom. All of these items will contain a unique KIOTI 5-PAW program logo that only certified dealers have permission to use. KIOTI 5-Paw dealers are also eligible for special, enhanced marketing programs.
