Whereas I had hoped that point would have been self-evident - especially since I was addressing service after sale - I guess I could have said full service dealer.
But I don't read that advert the same way as do you. What I see is a fella selling a used dozer, with a disclaimer that he doesn't want to be contacted for excavation work.
