I would think that because it is 4WD and has 2 sets of tires it's worth the money if it is in mint shape.

Does it have the ROPS (I think that is worth about $650).

One advantage is you won't have to pay any tax.

Ask him if he has the manual and any hydraulic fluid or filters to go with it.
