I switched to satellite about a year ago and really like it. Ours is about $70.00 a month for 1 MPS service. It is fast enough that both my much better half and I can be on our respective computers and it is still fast enough for me to watch the streaming video of your hydraulic box blade wizardry. Our service is through Wild Blue, Hughes is cream of the crop but a bit more expensive, and there are other companies out there. We do lose the signal during hail storms and if too much snow gets on the dish, other than that no problems.
