Even Christmas lights cause cancer in California now. Up until a few days ago, I didn't know that. But, since I'm in Illinois, I'm OK, I suppose.
If I lived in California, I'd get out of there quick... everything will kill you there, it's a dangerous place.

I bought a half dozen 6 foot extension cords for Christmas light decorations. There was a tag that said "handling the cord is known to cause lead poisoning in the state of California, wash hands thoroughly after handling".
