Funny you say this, I've used
r4 for years and never had a problem. I have bigger problems with the
r1's and won't have them again. My drive is hilly and 1600 ft long. Of course we have a lot of shale, rock, boulders and tons of other rock formations and
R1's seem to lose chunks of rubber, where the
R4's move over the stone easier and no problems
