Thanks Builder. I originally thought the exact same thing but was corrected when I called Ford. I think that is what prompted my comment that I actually like the way it rides and drives. Being on the F350 platform, I would expect it to ride like my 1 ton dually 4X4, but it doesn't. I've never had a single rear wheel 1 ton, so I don't know how to compare it to one of those. Maybe they also ride better than a dually. I'm sure weighing around 7500 pounds may help the ride as well; but not necessarily the fuel economy.
