I disk and mow both ways, all depends on how much I need to do. A few acres, I leave it on, more and I prefer to have the loader off. Tractor feels like a sports car with the loader off and you don't have the loader bouncing around.
Try it both ways for yourself to see the difference.
It only takes a few minutes to take the loader off and well worth the time in my opinion.
