Well ok then, you sound a lot like me! Only I'm much younger (by 2 years!) and had different "hobbies" that have me hobbled up!
I'd still go with a shovel or dibble bar (we call them tree spuds). Actually, I'd use the 15 year old and spend time complaining about all the aches and pains while watching him work !
