My opinion, in the poultry houses, the skid steer would do you job faster and easier. I never driven a skid steer, but they can turn on a dime. I always thought rear engine lawn mowers were the way to go, until I bought a zero turn mower. The difference is night and day. Skid steer's are very handy and Bradco even makes a backhoe for them. Just something to consider.
