I can put my finger on the tube in some of the cracks. Otherwise the tractor is in good condition for being 30 years old. My local Kubota dealer told me they don't deal in tires over 16" and to get lost. The Les Shwab dealer said that those tires aren't made any more. The closest they can come that will fit on my rim is a 14.9 - 26. But that is almost 52" tall as compared to the current tire which is only 47" tall. It won't fit in my wheel well. In my short internet search on the subject I found people who said that you needed to change rims.
Is it going to cost me $3K to get 2 new rear tires for this $6K tractor?
Thanks,
Michael
