As far as the backhoe, The only bradco I ever used was on a New Holland, and it worked great, but I did opt for a B-70X Groundbreaker on my Mahindra2015. I went with the Woods because I always had good luck with their stuff, and I love the curved boom. I think the price was $6600 including the bucket, (16 inch) PTO pump, and 8% New York Governor Female Companionship Tax. It comes in handy when you're trying to dig really deep, and really close to the back of the tractor, as the boom kinda goes over the top of the dirt edge instead of layin on it, if that makes any sense. Also, Bro-Tek makes a really cool thumb for it. I just got mine. I think the B-80X has an optional hydraulic thumb available. No complaints about it at all.

I'm not sure what size you could handle with a 30HP Mahindra. The B-80X may work, but I think size-wise, the B-70X would be a good match-up. The B-70X almost looks a little big on my 2015, but it handles it with no problem.

The digging force is higher on the Woods Groundbreakers than the Bradco and they have a curved boom, 36 inch bucket, and a thumb. Just makes sense to me. I think the 3015 would handle the B-80X.
