I called New Holland today with my serial number and here is what I found out:
The production date of the tractor is 12 15 05 he would not tell me the original purchase date ( said the dealer may be able to tell me) He did however tell me that the powertrain warranty was good until July 2009 and that the boomer tractors have a 3 year power train warranty so I guess I can make a pretty good guess that the tractor has been in service about 1 3/4 years. I thought the tractor was a little closer to 1 year old instead of close to two so I guess I will have to sell it
I was also told that There was an hour limit or year limit but with only 31 hours I think I will hit the date first....If I decide to keep such an old tractor
