I don't have an exact answer, as i am sure it varies , even around here, as to how far out you live. I also don't have fuel delivered. I keep a 55 gallon drum at home for my offroad. I still use it about 5 gallons at a time, but like to keep a store handy for the generator. To keep it fresh, I draw from it to fill the tractor as needed. I drive by the place I buy my offroad every day going to work, so I still purchase and transport the fuel in a 5 gallon gerry can. That fuel goes into the drum so I am not lifting it up on top of the tractor anymore. The tractor I fuel using a hand crank pump at the drum.
