I think it will be frost walls with a slab poured on top. We've discussed a floating slab, but I feel better with frost walls, especially with all the ledge. From there is will be a stick framed building, barn board exterior, insulated and heated, with a standing seam roof. I haven't decide on how to do the heat, but it will probably be baseboard HW.
