There is no need for a RV cuz the tank is not stored under pressure. The
biggest reason I don't store under pressure is I don't want Diesel dripping
out of the nozzle. My commercial-grade nozzle seals very well; better
than I thought it would however.

Also, my fill port is hand tightened only and I actually want any residual
pressure in the tank to bleed off. It does.
