I will be using to up keep about 1500 feet of gravel driveway up and parking lots. it is on a steep grade so washes out every now and then. several thousand feet of dithes that need cleaned out regular. about 33 acres total mostly hillside though and also have some rental properties I take care of and also bush hogg. I know probably overkill and loved the 3830 with 509 bradco but their were times I sure wished I had more lifting or digging power.
