Bob,

What you see on fig 129 page 50 is exactly what I pictured above (post #2), pump parts breakdown. Your pump is no different than what is on 1700 with the only exception of 3 ports. The FO-44 does not talk about oil draining and replacement.



The Pic you see below is from page 24 of the "Owner's Manual" and that's where they talk about it.



The procedure can not be simpler. Look at my post below.
