On the brushhog, we've never had any problems with a customer not being able to use it. It should work just fine.
I don't know the exact name of the golf course implement. We only ran into it one time, but it was an aerator that had a standard 3 point hitch but also had considerable side to side movement of the
PTO.
The control plate does go on the tractor like a normal 3 point implement. The video can show you pretty well how it hooks on, but it does work like a standard 3 point implement hook-up.
