I think light means pressure drop, pressure drop will lead to engine failure unless root cause sorted out. Pressure test the pump, if not putting out enough pressure your motor will fail. I am thinking oil pump but impossible to know without testing the pumps output. I would not run the machine until you sort out, blown motor = no fun. Is it under warranty?
