We have yearly inspections for vehicles and trailers in Nova Scotia.
Several years ago things were changed so that drum brakes had to have the drums pulled for inspection. That means labour costs plus the inspection fee. Means the trailer bearings are greased annually.
It's irritating but for some reason I agree with it.
