I would go with the 2520 for that size property. The hydraulics are better and there is more ground clearance. Also - a few extra hp at the
pto will help with tiller, brush hog etc. I love my 2520 and with the tires set wide and tightening the three point sway bars I don't have any major issues. It does rub from time to time if it is high up and the tractor is tilting to one side. The 2320 is a great tractor too - but I am coming from my own experience and research with my 2520.
