btw - one of the things I am most pleased with is that none of the things exposed to weather should decay - it's concrete board, Stainless, PVC, and Mahogany. Roof is plastic/rubber slates, 50 year guarantee.

I'm optimistic I'll be dead before it needs to be painted or such, and my theoretical kids can deal with it.
