If you have a 2520, with a cat 1 three point hitch, the lift arm holes should be for 7/8" pins. 5/8" lift pins are cat 0.

This is basic, should be a no-brainer for your dealer. You have the wrong lift arms or they were assembled with the wrong ball swivels.
