Rob great pics , to comment on the first one on breaking the bead, I have used that method with a strong plank. butting against the tire and edge of the rim real close. like a ramp and drive up on it. sometimes the plank will barely rest on the rim and hold the vehicle from pushing th plank down. this is good, just wack it with a sledge and then the plank goes full force on the tire bead, and breaks.
