Unless you were in very thin grass, I don't think you would have the power to run a 72" mower deck. I have a TC-24D and the 60" Rear Discharge will bog it down to the point that if I don't catch the clutch quick enough it will stall the engine.

As far as the bolts. Yep. Been there done that. They fell out the first weekend that I had it. Put new ones in and was fine for awhile. Then they fell out again and this time broke 2 of them off in the bottom of the tractor. Drilled them out with an E-Z out. They came right out. I put them back in with a higher grade of Loc-Tite then I used the first time I put them in. I still will throw a socket on them and check them every now and then to make sure they are still tight.....hmmmm....haven't check them in awhile. Before I put the deck back on (had it off for tilling) I guess I better check them again.
