I just had a great custumer experience that Kioti could learn from. 14 months ago I got glasses from Lenscrofters, last month the lenses started to delaminate, I went in today and they said "yes, there is a problem, have a $50 of certificate for your trouble" and this was within 2 minutes. Lenscrafter and CCM really know how to treat a customer and get repeat business. It is really nice when a company stands behind their product.
