I think this thread needs to get ended. Kioti owes you NOTHING!!! You bought a used defective piece of equipment. Let the buyer beware. You want someone to pay for your mistake. I have a mental picture of someone stomping their feet and pouting because they aren't getting their way. Were you rude and demanding to Mr Carter? Perhaps that is why he doesn't want to talk to you.
