I asked for the valve back and was told it was sent to Kioti, now the story changes.

I was told I should have bought from a dealer... The one that worked on it 3 times before and didn't do the updates or maybe the one that replaced the valve when it needed Orings and told me the spooling valve was sent back to Kioti?

You know, I used the backhoe for less than 2 hours before it leaked, grease was over all the fittings because the previous owner greased it before I bought it. I wasn't using the backhoe... I didn't get in my yard until the middle of November so I was going to deal with it in the spring.

Kioti doesn't have customer service, customer avoidance but not service.

Why couldn't Dave or anyone else pointed out the service bulletin? Because it proves defective design. Why replace the valves... To cover the cost??
