I received notice from Senator Bond's office in Missouri with a response from the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) today that the FTC cannot pursue a case for wrong doing, because no laws were broken against my personal dealership. I could not bring complaints of wrong doing to the FTC for all the LESS THAN ZERO customers because it did not happen to me specifically.
Attention all Less Than Zero customers: If you want any resolution on your behalf against Farmtrac NA, then YOU must file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Again, here is the website
https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ and you will click on the icon that says "FTC complaint assistant". It takes less than 5 minutes to file the complaint against Farmtrac. I do not have the specific number of customers that purchased the LTZ plan, but to equal $2.9 million it has to be a bunch!!! Please take the time and file your complaint. Wrong is wrong is wrong!!!
