Exactly! Some jobs take skills, some take special tools or fancy equipment. Most just take time, thought, patience and above all -- care. I found that often I could buy the semi-fancy tools needed for a job and the total cost would be the same as paying to have it done. But, I ended up with the tool and a tad more skill. There are now a lot of tools in the shop. Not so sure about the level of skills
