Thanks for the input. I went ahead and made the swap today. The
R1's are in great condition and rather than being loaded they have 3 sets of weights which I actually prefer. In the forest I'd rather have the extra stability and in the crops i'd rather move lighter.
As Johnk mentioned, they would be a tight fit on narrow setting so I bumped them out and they clear just fine now.
They passed the roll test and the
4wd lever still shifts smoothly so I assume that there is no extra strain on the tranny.
Only question is if I need to set the fronts wide to match the rears?
