Under normal operating conditions - the 50hr service is simply an oil and filter change.
Changing the hydraulic filter, fuel filter and primary air would be more optional rather than necessary.
And changing "all" the fluids would be a way to "gouge" an unwary customer - IMO.
I don't think you can rationally explain a $600-700 cost for a 50hr service unless it's a 2hr transport each way to the dealership...
