Not with the 2x20 series. The 50 hour service is a major service where they swap out the break-in hydro fluid and even recommend changing the coolant. Next time the hydro fluid gets touched is 200hrs, IIRC. There's a big difference between the "at 50 hour" service and the routine "50 hour" service, so 100 and 150 hours is much less serious.
