Re: Question for Mahindra Dealers with that much competition in your area, don't expect to turn much of a margin. In a highly competive area its unusual to get more than a few % on a sale. If even a third of your inventory starts collecting interest for a few months you'll be in the hole in no time. You need to be planning to support your business based on parts and service. If your not selling 100+ tractors a year its tough to really turn a good profit. |
