Very Funny Brian. The only time my 6520 went down and needed parts was right in the middle of digging my pond. I was racing the clock to beat the forecasted rain. Wasting 30-45 minutes looking for a phone number ( I forget how to think when my stuff breaks) can very well make getting a part the same day turn into the next day. I am a mechanic. I am used to walking up to the parts counter and getting parts I ordered on the computer just 30 seconds before. So the faster I can order a tractor part, the better!
