one thing you might do is see if he's got a demo model he can drop the price on. Another way to save a few $$ is to get him to agree in writing that your 50 hour service will be covered for free. (worth about $75 or so just in materials, plus labor)
There is usually some wiggle room, but no idea of how much, as some of that depends on how much interest and property tax he's had to pay having it on the lot.

depending on where you are, if there is another Mahindra dealer within 150 or so miles, see what kind of package deal they would give you.
