Rest assured you've done well and make the purchase.

Bill and I toured the Mitsubishi plant in Japan earlier this year on a trip with a few other Mahindra dealers, so I got to spend some time with him. I was impressed with his work ethic and dedication.
I looked at the pretty orange tractors 2 blocks down the road from Bill before showing up on his lot. I liked the orange ones a lot, but the salesman left me feeling cold. (and his delivered price to Topeka was higher than Wallace's!)
Then I went to talk to Bill, and while he didn't have what I was looking for on his lot, he found it at another dealership, gave me a rough estimate on price and promised to try and do better once he had more info on the unit -- and sure enough, he did beat his own price. (and the orange one I had looked at by a considerable margin)
And just this week I found another reason to help justify why the competition's price didn't feel right.

If you really don't feel that you're getting the best deal possible from Bill, shop around - get prices on other new machines in the area and go look at tractorhouse to see what kind of prices things are going for used.
