Stopped by one of the local co-ops (again) and they have a repo'd AGCO ST40 sitting on the lot. It has a loader and belly mower on it, and a mechanic I found in the yard said it needs a new clutch, approx $1500 for them to do it. They're taking bids, but he guessed that $10k would drive away with it. I might be able to get it for less. The only other ST40 I found online around $10k is a bare tractor, no loader.

I don't know much about shuttle shift tractors (yet), so what else should I look out for on this tractor, given that it needs a new clutch?

Any other thoughts on this package for $10k?
