I tried all the auto supply stores in this area and never found a end cap wrench that wold fit the little Mitso filter on my 2815. Not room to get any leverage with a strap type either. Local Wal-Mart has a Fram wrench that looks kinda like a spanner that is good for 2.5" to 4.25". Might be a new item. It works great on all my tractor oil and hydraulic filters. p/n FW401, about $7
