I would say mine are chain-on forks! If it's not clear in that photo, each load binder spans the gap between the front and rear chain for its fork.

They were so simple to make that I expect any welder could duplicate them if you show him that photo (and my comments in that post). 1"x4" channel should be good up to a loader rated capacity around 800 lbs, maybe more.
