Those cylinders are in "parallel", so the valve see's them as one cylinder.

Here are two valves I would recommend for you:

Joystick Valve

Two Handled Valve

So for $50 you can get the joystick if you want it. The main thing is to meet or exceed the GPM requirement for your machine...so a 10 GPM rated valve is a good fit.
