I chuckled when I saw the service truck crushed underneath the mining truck. That was pretty common in surface mines. Some maintenance guy would pull up real close to our 170 tonners (don't think about walking 20 feet) and the haul truck driver could not see him and would usually pancake the service truck. I think out of the 200 or so light vehicles I managed we had about 2 or 3 a year that left the property considerably shorter than normal
