I use my box blade alot, both as counter weight and for grading driveways. I guess one item that doesn't get used often is the roto tiller, but when I do want it, there is no substitute!
I suppose it could be possible to rent one for a day, but at the time I purchased it I had a bunch of work to do on my yards, and had a job lined up that paid for the tiller. All the other implements are so inexpensive that I don't care if they aren't often used. I think a backhoe would be fun, but I can't justify the money because I don't have the actual need for one.
I'm using a Kubota BX 1800
Right now I have :

4ft KK box blade
5ft rear blade
3point fertilizer spreader
4ft landpride tiller
5ft smoothing drag with home made 3point lift
home made ripper/wire/tubing plow
receiver hitch

They all have uses yet, but the tiller is probably the least often used.
