Re: Top 10 most "American" cars My experience with those lists is that you can skew the definition of what is "American" and what isn't.
For example in the OP's article, I love my Canadian brothers to the north, but they're not American. No worse or better, but not American, so I don't know how a Canadian built product can be considered "American made".
The other thing is, I don't care if Toyota builds a 100% American made truck and Ford builds a 78% American made truck. The corporate profits from the sale of the Toyota still go (untaxed) to Tokyo and the corporate profits from the Ford still go (taxed-of course  ) to Dearborn Michigan. (Off shore based companies don't pay corp income taxes).
My preference is they go to an American company on American property.
